Here are some alternatives to printing: Save a page as a favourite Simply go to the "Favourites" menu on your browser toolbar and choose "Add to Favourites." Whenever you want to retrieve a Web page you can navigate to it from within your "Favourites" folder. Download content to your own PC We have tried to make useful documents available in a format that can be downloaded to your PC. To download a PDF or Word document, left click on the link and then when the document has opened, save it to your PC. Send page links to others or forward an email If you want others to see a particular page you can simply email a link to them rather than produce a printed copy. If you want others to have a copy of an email we have sent, why not forward it to them electronically rather than print a paper copy? If you really must print something If you must print a copy, you may be able to use both sides of each sheet or even use scrap paper where it is adequate for the purpose.
